The 14th Topical Conference on Hadron Collider Physics, HCP2002, will be held in Karlsruhe, Germany, from Sunday, September 29th until Friday, October 4th, 2002 on the campus of the Universität Fridericiana. The conference is jointly organized by the Institut für Experimentelle Kernphysik and the Institut für
Theoretische Teilchenphysik of the Universität Karlsruhe (TH).

The list of the international advisory committee and the local organizing committee are to be found at the end of this bulletin.
The scientific program will cover the most recent results in hadron
collider physics from HERA at DESY and Tevatron at FERMILAB, developments in
the theory of hadron collider physics, as well as latest developments in the
preparation of the LHC program at CERN. The program will consist of plenary
talks only in the format of review talks and shorter contributions. The
subject areas covered are:
- QCD and electroweak interactions at hadron colliders
- Physics beyond the Standard Model
- Analysis tools and techniques
- Future hadron collider experiments
